Per the options and recommendations presented by the Wisconsin Towns Association, the Town of Saratoga’s annual meeting will be held as planned on Tuesday, April 21 at 7 p.m. The meeting notice and agenda appears below. Please note that all attendees will be seated 6 feet apart (social distancing) and all public surfaces will be sanitized before and after the meeting and hand sanitizer will be available.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL MEETING FOR THE TOWN OF SARATOGA WILL BE HELD IN THE TOWN HALL, 1116 STATE HWY 73 S, WISCONSIN RAPIDS, ON TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2020 AT 7:00 P.M. TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AS IS PERMITTED AND REQURIED BY LAW.

3. Annual Financial Report
4. Set date for next year’s Annual Meeting

Members of the Town Board or any other Town committee, who are not members of the body whose meeting agenda is published in this notice, are entitled as any other citizen of the Town of Saratoga, to attend this meeting in an unofficial capacity. It is possible the attendance of one or more non-members may create a quorum of the membership of another body. Such a quorum is unintended and the non-members are not meeting for the purpose of exercising the powers or duties attendant upon their membership on any Town committee or board.
