The Town’s representatives have been working with the Wood County Solar Project on a Draft Developer Agreement for the solar project being proposed in the Town. In this process, substantial details have been added to the list of potential Development Agreement topics previously identified and posted to this site. A link to the Draft developer Agreement is provided here, along with links to the required background studies that have been conducted by the Wood County Solar Project.
