Please leave Saratoga the way it is and I understand if people have too much junk in their yard that is one thing but the rest of this proposed stuff we don’t need it

We appreciate your feedback. We asked, you answered… we’re listening. Most in Saratoga do not want to see change and we are doing our best to preserve all that is good about our community. Plan Commission meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm. They also have an extra meeting Wednesday 2/22/23 at 6:30pm for the purpose of working on survey results and translating them into how the zoning updates will be written. You are welcome to attend and share further input. These are public meetings.
The latest zoning proposal on page 7 lists 3 acres min lot ,lot width 300 ft ,with a ratio no greater than 4/1 for RR1. I believe it should be 75 ft frontage ,1 acre , & no l/w ratio requirements. Much has been said about building next to undeveloped land only to have that land use change..I would say that property should have the same rights of use as any one else .The best way to control your land use is to own it. thanks greg
